Reinforcement Hydropower Sandblast Hose with High Working Pressure

Sandblast hose is widely used in hydropower industry. It is installed under water to convey sand. And it is also used for sand suction and discharge. So it is also called hydropower sandblast hose. It is highly resistant to abrasion, so it is sometimes called abrasion resistance hose. It is composed of three parts: tube, reinforcement and cover. Tube is made from the mixture of polyurethane and butyl rubber, adding special reinforcing agent, making the hose resistant to abrasion and corrosion. Hydropower sandblast hose works well in conveying sand as a result. The finished product is yellow transparent or black. The reinforcement is made from multiple layers of high tensile steel wires or high quality rubber cloth, making the hose have solid structure and bear high working pressure. And the sandblast hose has excellent flexibility. Cover is made from natural rubber or neoprene, making hose resistant to abrasion, corrosion, weather, ozone, aging and chemicals.
